She now offers her signature 2-hour Reiki experience long distance, creating a deeply soul-nourishing journey designed to support healing on the physical, emotional, mental and energetic levels. This session includes Aura cleansing, Crystal therapy, Aromatherapy and Chakra balancing. The session concludes with a private one-on-one discussion where insights from your healing are shared. This includes messages from loved ones who have passed, as well as messages and guidance around current life such as love, work, health and soul purpose... spanning past, present and future. Personalized recommendations for ongoing healing and aftercare are also provided to support integration. Although the Reiki session is conducted remotely, Tavia connects fully using only your photo and date of birth. This allows her to access detailed information about your life experiences, emotional patterns and timelines of trauma, working at the root level to clear deep-seated energetic wounds and restore balance, clarity, and alignment. Each healing modality works in harmony: • Reiki Healing reconnects you to universal life-force energy, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
