⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Monday after the reiki session I went ahead and went to the park with grass like you mentioned I should. It felt amazing... i felt this sense of being carefree and just genuine happiness. Little children would pass by and wave at me and smile, it was so crazy. I mention it because I didn’t really invite them to wave or smile, I just feel like they also felt my energy! That made me happy. Since Monday I’ve slept longer than I have in forever. Truly. I slept until 11:30am yesterday, I haven’t done that since idk high school? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LONG DISTANCE SESSION: I had heard about reiki from other people before, saying how great of a session it was but was kind of doubtful about trying it. Recently some family members recommended Tavia. Because of the whole COVID thing it was a long distance session!! And I was AMAZED!! Tavia explained how the session would go and answered all of my questions. The day of the session I was super nervous before starting, but a couple of minutes before the session Tavia gave me a call, answered more questions and told me to just relax and embrace the energy that I would be receiving. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - LONG DISTANCE SESSION: I honestly didn’t know how the long-distance Reiki session was going to go. I didn’t think that it would feel exactly the same, but since it’s Tavia, I had to trust. I thought most of it came from her presence. An hour before, she called to check in and confirm details, and see if I had any questions. I was told to lay down at the hour because she would start promptly after. I actually got into bed before the time to settle in. As soon as I laid down, I could feel the exact same energy flow that I usually feel when she’s about to start. It was crazy to me how I could feel it all, the same currents, even though she was far away and I was not using crystals. I stayed put for the hour, putting an soft alarm to wake me up. The entire time it was so unbelievable to me the fact that I kept feeling it. I spent a lot of the session smiling because I couldn’t believe it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went into this experience with no real expectations. The only thing I had heard was that it was really relaxing. My experience was completely different. At one point, I felt a spike of anxiety and started shivering and couldn't stop. Immediately after the end of the session, I felt completely exhausted and had a headache. But that's why this was so amazing - I rested for a bit and woke up feeling so refreshed with hardly any of the anxiety I had been experiencing nonstop on the previous days. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LONG DISTANCE SESSION: I live in SWFL, my virtual reiki experience was exceptional. I laid down at 2.55pm put my phone on airplane mode; began listening to some soothing music. Soon after closing my eyes I began to cry intensely (I think a contact popped out lol) Not sure how long after I emptied my mind, dove into a deep state of relaxation. A little before 4pm awoke and as I slowly opened my eyes my tears finished rolling out. About 15mins after session ended, Tavia & I spoke in length. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had reiki before, and this was by far the best reiki lady I’ve been to. She’s super sweet and nice, non rushy and most important does great work. I left feeling much lighter then when I came in. A lot of built up stress and weird energies I’ve had from moving cross country & people I’ve encountered at work have clung to me and she helped me release that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LONG DISTANCE SESSION: Last week I had my first reiki session with Tavia. I really had no expectations especially with the session being at a distance (miles apart) due to the pandemic! I knew that if nothing else came out of it, I would at least meditate and have alone time for an hour. Here I am, a week later and I am still thinking about and digesting some of the things she uncovered in our session that made the experience like no other and simply amazing. In the actual hour of meditating, I can actually feel the energy running through and feeling like for the first time I was actually in another world but fully awake. The hour felt like 15 minutes to me, feeling so deep and heavy but yet so light I could fly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been in such a better mood/vibe/better head space since our session. I have been letting go more and allowing myself time to mediate and listen to my body more. I used to sing all the time and had stopped for a while and I find myself singing more and enjoying little things. I have been addressing my trust issues and trying to find the root of those issues.
